    Amber Supply Co Ltd is governed by policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this Site or submitting an order for products, you indicate your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site and please do not submit any orders. It is your responsibility as a user to periodically return to the Site to review the terms and conditions. Amber Supply Co Ltd. reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions at anytime without notice.

    Please notify us any discrepancies within 48 hours upon receipt of merchandise.

    Money Back Guarantee

    We offer a 10 day money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable then please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 10 days of receipt. Any items MUST be sent back complete with jewellery packaging and received by us within 10 working days of receipt. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service and use recorded delivery should you wish your items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

    Shipping Policy

    Shipping and handling charges are fixed at 35 USD and free with orders above 500 USD.

    Delivery terms: 4 - 7 working days after receiving money to the bank account, a delay responsibility goes to postal or courier services and / or customs.

    Tracking code is available on request.

    Please keep in mind that Amber Supply Co Ltd does not process orders on weekends and holidays.

    In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund any postage costs upon request.

    Purchase & Payment Options

    If you wish to make purchases of products or services described on the Site, you agree to that all information you provide to Amber Supply Co Ltd. will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges related to your purchases.

    Amber Supply Co Ltd accepts PayPal and Wire Transfer. Please be sure to provide your exact shipping and billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. Amber Supply Co Ltd reserves the right to limit quantities and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason.
    All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment before shipping, in accordance with the policies established by our Credit Department. We may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.

    Backorders & Order Cancellation


    Amber Supply Co Ltd makes every effort to provide you with up to date inventory status and product availability information. We will accept orders for out-of-stock items. If the item you order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder list and shipped to you when it becomes available. On backorder items, the total shipping charges are included with the initial in-stock shipment.
    An order may be cancelled at anytime prior to shipping. Please notify us via sales@ambersupply.com with your name, order number and the items you want to cancel; or please contact your salesperson for cancellation.


    Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

    Any litigation regarding this agreement, or any transaction between a customer and Amber Supply Co Ltd, shall be brought to the federal court located in Bangkok, Thailand and customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.

    Return Policy

  • All returning products must be well packed in original packing.
  • Always email or call us for all Return/Refund request.
  • ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip.
  • We offer a 10 day money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable then please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 10 days of receipt. Any items MUST be sent back complete with jewellery packaging and received by us within 10 working days of receipt. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service and use recorded delivery should you wish your items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent. The postage cost is not reimbursed.
  • In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with jewellery packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail (preferred method) or by telephone and ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip.
  • In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund any postage costs upon request.
    It goes without saying they we cannot accept returns for any intrusive jewellery (such as earrings, body jewellery etc) that has been worn for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
    All products (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed for 12 months from purchase for defects. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by misuse of an item.
